Positive Youth Action (+YA) Online Application
  • Our Leadership Development Program provides a fun, safe, and challenging experience for Youth and Young Adults aged 16-24 who are HIV-Positive or At-Risk to develop their leadership skills, explore potential careers in the HIV field, learn about the issues and challenges facing our communities, meet the leaders of the organizations working to address them, and learn how to participate.

Applicants will be selected based on this application and an interview. Our goal is to create a group that will not only benefit from the experience, but will contribute to the development of the +YA program and to their communities.

To apply, please answer each of the following questions as thoroughly as you would like. We are simply looking for an honest representation of who you are and why you want to work in promoting HIV Care, Prevention, and De-Stigmatization.

If you have any questions throughout the process, please feel free to reach out to Nick Atkinson, Youth Program Specialist, at 317-632-0123 Ext. 168 or natkinson@damien.org.
