To receive this test, you must be 18 years or older, be a resident of Indiana, and have not tested for HIV in the last 90 days.

You will receive a kit to self-test for HIV. Please note that this test is a rapid antibody test and may not show a positive result until 90 days after exposure. If you have ever had a reactive (positive) test or know your status to be positive, please contact the Underground Resource Coordinator, Aaron Hardy (ahardy@damien.org), directly to set up an appointment instead.
